Buffalo Park

6th and Vine Streets

Available activities include:

  • Splash pad
  • Baseball field
  • Playground equipment
  • Walking trail
  • Pavilions
  • Open grass area

 

Splash Pad Information

Open daily Memorial Day through Labor Day from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Adult supervision recommended. 

Bicycles, skateboards and rollerblades are not allowed on the splash pad.

  

 

City Park

600 Cedar Street

Available activities include:

  • Baseball field
  • Basketball court
  • Playground equipment

Springfield Creek Trails & Recreation Area

Southeast of Hwy 50 and Platteview Road

Available activities include:

  • Bicycle/Walking trail
  • Trailhead
  • Arboretum 
  • Fun Facts Educational Signs 
  • Picnic Shelter

 

 

 

 

New Urban Park

Northeast corner of 2nd and Main Streets

The community plans to develop this area into an urban park, which can be used for community gatherings and activities.

Future park projects may consist of a shade structure, flag poles, memorial wall, benches and landscaping.
